Shipping Policy
We only deliver in South Africa with physical addresses and not PO Box numbers.
We charge a Flat Rate of R150 for courier costs.
Delivery expected within 5 to 7 working days on receipt of cleared funds in our Bank account.
Bulk Products: 2 to 14 or more working days (depending on bulk quantity) on receipt of cleared funds in our Bank account.
Public Holidays: orders will be processed and dispatched the following working day once funds are cleared and received in full in our Bank account.
Time: We are unable to give a time when the courier driver will arrive to deliver the parcel.
There are many factors which influence the delivery time such as traffic, delays at a previous stop or a technical problem.
Delivery will take place between business hours, from 08:00 to 16:30.
Tracking: You will receive a shipping email and sms which will include a waybill number and a link to track your parcel online.
Damaged or Incorrect Product/s:
Should you have received a damaged product or incorrect product kindly send an email to admin@purehaven.co.za for attention Kathy with the Subject “DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT” with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product and we will make the necessary arrangements for either a collection or refund.
