Program description

The aim of Program #12 is to keep your mind awake and responsive by counteracting concentration and sleepiness. It is especially useful before starting out on a long drive or for night driving, and can be useful for both amateur and professional athletes.

Theta frequencies in particular act on the cellular level to improve the responsiveness of the joints, muscle tone and management of physical effort.
